Your tasks

 

  • You work together with the Technical Sales Manager in Belgium (region Limburg), and are responsible for the technical support for a defined country portfolio.
  • After an advanced internal training you must be capable to support our entire products- an solution portfolio, with a focus on home and building automation (mainly KNX) and visualisation for KNX.
  • Offer technical advice and comment on enquiry specifications, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for customers/channel partner/sales engineers with regards to the JUNG product- and solution portfolio.
  • Complex solutions can be tested by you in a practical way in order to build up experience.
  • You support the technical sales team with creating and conducting technical presentations and trainings.
  • In time, you will be responsible yourself for the technical support for a defined country portfolio in the region Belgium, UK and France, and will visit international partners to give trainings and technical support.

 

Your profile

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field (electro-mechanics or electronics), or equivalent through experience.
  • A first working experience is an advantage, but not a must.
  • You communicate in Dutch, French and English (fluent in spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of the KNX system for building automation is an advantage.
  • You must also take ownership and work together with the team, result-oriented, creative and customer focused.
  • You are ambitious and always want to be aware of new techniques and products.
  • You are prepared to travel on a regular basis.
