The protection of your personal data is important for Albrecht JUNG GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: JUNG) and has top priority. This principle applies to our Internet offering as well as to our conventional services. Therefore JUNG would like to inform you at this point how the data protection regulations are implemented in our career portal. We collect various personal data from you as part of the application process. This data is only collected, stored, processed or used for the purpose of processing your application in our company.


In order to use the career portal, data must be collected with which you must register (first name, surname, email address). When registering, you will receive a registration email to the specified email address, with which you must confirm your registration or your email (opt-in procedure). As part of the application process, you provide further data and information about yourself (e.g., cover letter, CV). In addition, questions in connection with the application can be formulated. If you agree to the Candidate Portal Privacy Policy, the information you provide will be stored and processed. Your data and information provided to us will only be processed or used by the persons responsible for the application.  Access to your data will only be granted to persons who are required for the execution or the decision of the application procedure. A transfer to affiliated companies or subsidiaries only takes place with consent. If the application is successful, the data can be used and saved for the execution of the employment relationship. You can revoke all consents given during the application process at any time with effect for the future. You can end your application at any time independently via the functions of the career portal and delete your data. After an application has been processed, the data will be made anonymous after six months at the latest. If you wish, your application can be stored for a longer period of time for later use.


Data Integrity


Within the career portal, we use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form is indicated by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Rights of Persons Concerned


You have the right:


- to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Article 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if these have not been collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on their details;
- to immediately request the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 16 of the DSGVO (Data Protection Basic Regulation);
- to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 17 DSGVO, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
- pursuant to Article 18 DSGVO, to restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete the data and we no longer need the data, but if you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have filed an objection to the processing pursuant to Article 21 DSGVO;
- pursuant to Article 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another person responsible;
- in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 3 DSGVO, to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future and
